[ ] check for multiple servers (ip adresses) for each name and pick
    one that works
[ ] support mime encoding
[ ] support base64
[ ] support quotedprintable
[ ] documentation
[ ] code cleanup
[ ] finish intspan
[ ] profiling/speed ups
[ ] improve error handling
[ ] use exceptions for error handling
[ ] check if xhdr implemented
[ ] write man page
[ ] decode in another thread
[ ] with multipart articles, don't write every body to the same file.
    This will mess up things if a get_body is repeated because of
    exceptions. Use buffering for each body, before writing...
